What Is Ajosquad?
Ajosquad is a collective savings platform that allows individuals to join a savings Squad, contribute bi-weekly, and receive payouts based on a predetermined schedule. A typical Squad consists of 10 members and operates on a 5-month life cycle.
Who can join Ajosquad?
Currently, participation is exclusively open to residents of Canada. To join Ajosquad, you must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement.
How do I join a Squad?
You can register directly on our webapp or join using a referral link. Complete your KYC documentation, agreement, and then choose a Squad based on your saving capacity and financial goals.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you choose payout position 1 to 5. Your guarantor must be living and working in Canada. They will provide a valid Canadian ID and an employment ID or document, and complete our guarantor form.
How do I add my guarantor?
On your dashboard, go to Account → Guarantor Information and download the guarantor form. Have your guarantor complete and sign it, then upload the signed form and their IDs in the same section. Once we receive your documents, our team will verify your guarantor's information through a screening call. If your preferred position is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Can I join multiple Squads?
Yes, clients can join multiple Squads based on their saving capacity and financial goals. Each Squad operates independently with its own cycle.
How many people make up a squad?
Squads created by us have a fixed number of 10 people. Imported squads can have any suitable number for their size.
Is Ajosquad a secure platform?
Yes, Ajosquad uses rigorous security measures and encryption to protect your data. We partner with trusted companies for payment processing and KYC verification.
